By accessing the site, requesting a proposal, or purchasing a service, you accept these Terms and represent that you have authority to bind your organization.

Services are provided under the scope, deliverables, and timelines defined in a signed order, statement of work, or program agreement. Lead programs are non-transferable and intended for the contracting agency.

Fees are due per the agreed schedule. Past-due balances may pause delivery and accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

All content, branding, technology, dashboards, scripts, models, and methodologies are owned by OneLife or its licensors. Limited licenses are granted only for use of deliverables within the agreed scope.

You may not resell, repackage, reverse engineer, scrape, or use our services to violate applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, DNC, or unfair-trade-practice regulations.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLife's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 15 days of written notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
